The legal basis for us holding information about you is your consent or explicit consent for us to send you exhibition or event notices either by post or email and where it is in our legitimate interests including maintaining a record of sales for reasons of provenance. We do not share any of your information with third parties. Our website provider does not hold any of your data. Data we hold may, in some circumstances, be demanded by HMRC, the Information Commissioner or a court of law. Where we are relying on your consent to process your data, you can withdraw this at any time by contacting us via the contacts page on this website or by writing to us. We retain your data for as long as we have reasonable legitimate business needs. Data is securely stored and in the unlikely event of a data breach we will inform you within 24 hours.

You have a right to know what data we hold about you, how we process it, to restrict its use, to have it corrected if necessary and to have your data erased (the right to be forgotten).
